We're looking for a Marketing Assistant who's not just organized—but resourceful, supplier-savvy, and detail-obsessed. If you've ever negotiated the cost of a tarp or chosen between matte vs. glossy paper for a flyer, this role is for you. You'll support the execution of marketing initiatives from sourcing materials to rolling out events, ensuring every campaign is delivered on time, on brand, and on budget.

This role is perfect for someone with a strong grasp of marketing production (from paper specs to promo kits), coordination across teams, and hands-on event and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns across residential, lifestyle, and commercial channels.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, printers, and freelance creatives to source, produce, and deliver marketing materials (e.g., posters, banners, flyers, signages, packaging).
  • Evaluate material specs (e.g., type of paper, finish, size, durability) and negotiate pricing and timelines to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
  • Manage the logistics of marketing asset distribution across branches, including inventory tracking and field deployment.
  • Organize and support on-ground events and activations, including venue coordination, booth setup, manpower, and execution timelines.
  • Maintain trade and promo calendars and ensure alignment across internal teams (copy, design, operations, and sales).
  • Consolidate and report on trade campaign results, transaction data, and ROI metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a business development or sales support role in the travel industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and lead generation strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to the growth of the company.
