Job Purpose

To generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth by promoting and selling Brand Maximizers' wide range of custom displays, trade show booths, banners, and signage solutions to businesses across retail, events, and marketing industries.

Key Performance Indicators

· Number of qualified leads contacted and followed up weekly

· Monthly and quarterly sales targets achieved (volume & revenue)

· New accounts closed and conversion rate from lead to customer

· Repeat business rate and customer satisfaction score

· Timeliness and accuracy of CRM updates and sales reporting

Job Duties

· Prospecting & lead generation: Identify and engage potential customers through cold calls, networking, digital channels, and referrals.

· Client consultations: Understand customer needs, recommend tailored solutions from Brand Maximizers' product line, and prepare detailed proposals.

· Follow-ups & pipeline management: Nurture leads throughout the sales process and update CRM with relevant data and next steps.

· Sales closing: Negotiate pricing, manage contracts, and close deals in alignment with company policies and margin expectations.

· Account servicing: Serve as the main point of contact post-sale to ensure client satisfaction and uncover repeat business opportunities.

· Collaboration: Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client projects.

· Market awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to contribute to continuous product and service improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php35,000.00 per month
