Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Real Estate Marketing and Social Media Manager to lead digital marketing efforts and online brand presence for our real estate clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with content creation, social media management, paid ad campaigns, and SEO strategies designed to generate leads and grow audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for real estate services and property listings
- Manage and grow social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) including daily posts, engagement, and community building
- Create compelling content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and websites aligned with branding
- Design and launch paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Monitor marketing KPIs and campaign metrics; analyze data to refine and optimize strategies
- Maintain and update real estate websites with SEO best practices in mind
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead generation goals
- Research competitor activity, industry trends, and market conditions to inform strategy
- Design and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain clients
- Support promotional events and online campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement
Qualifications and Skills
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in real estate marketing or social media management
- Proven track record managing social media, growing audiences, and creating content
- Familiarity with digital tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Canva, and Hootsuite
- Experience with SEO and website content optimization
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously
- Comfortable with using data and analytics to adjust marketing tactics
Preferred:
- Familiarity with real estate industry terms and marketing strategies
- Experience with lead generation and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
- Graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
