Accounts Payable Staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify invoices, POs, and payment requests.
  • Ensure timely payment of suppliers, utilities, and other obligations.
  • Maintain vendor records and coordinate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare AP reports, aging summaries, and reconciliations.
  • Support month-end/year-end closing and assist with BIR-related reports.
  • Keep organized documentation for audits and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in AP or general accounting.
  • Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks/SAP/Xero) and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with Boracay vendors and local operations.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to work independently.
  • Experience in hospitality or retail is an advantage.
