  • Set up, program and operate CNC programs to cut plates of different specifications, grades, shapes, thicknesses.
  • Operates overhead crane to place material on cutting table and unloading cut materials for next process.
  • Able to read and interpret drawings
  • Inspects materials using various measuring devices.
  • Labels and cleans material for next work process.
  • Performs regular Good Housekeeping Duties on his area.
  • Performs regular and preventive maintenance on the machines, making sure the machine good conditions at all times.
  • Makes sure all consumables are available, request if needed.
  • Ensures company rules and safety procedures are being followed.
  • Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
