JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set up cutters, jigs, and fixture for CNC machines in according to specifications of FA parts
  • Interpret Engineering drawings and technical instruction
  • Adjusting Machine setting to optimize performance and accuracy of the FA parts being develop in reference to the data gathered.
  • Monitor machine operations and make real time adjustment as needed
  • Inspects finished products for defects and conformance to specifications using basic measuring tools (such as Caliper, micrometers, microscopes, etc.)
  • Collaborates with Supervisor / Engineers for the improvement of machining process
  • Maintain clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety protocols
  • Able to teach / supervise Technician for Set up of fixtures and tooling; and CNC operations
  • Collaborates with Design preparation for the Jigs and fixtures, tooling, raw materials, and others needed for the receive Drawing from Customers
  • Prepares cycle time estimation and provides design for manufacturing (CNC operations) of Drawings inquired by Customers
  • Provides Continues Improvement plan for Product Development.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be graduate of at least 2 year in college or any vocational course.

Vocational Training :

  • Machine shop technology
  • Machinist
  • Industrial Mechanics
  • With at least 5 years of Manufacturing experience, preferably on machining industry.
  • Knowledgeable with CNC machines such as milling and turning
  • Knowledgeable on G-code programing and CNC machine operation
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Proficient with precision measuring instruments and quality control process
  • Good problem solving and time management skills
