Job Description & Key Responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, user acquisition, and customer usage programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for Moment's takeout business to ensure market relevance and continuous growth.

Partnership Management:

  • Collaborate with external partners to drive Moment's delivery business through strategic promotions, campaigns, and day-to-day operations.

Revenue Generation:

  • Identify and execute new initiatives to create additional revenue streams across online and offline channels.

Project Coordination:

  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to guarantee smooth, on-time, and complete execution of initiatives.

Process Improvement:

  • Establish and refine strategies and processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Performance Analysis:

  • Generate comprehensive post-mortem reports for all executed campaigns to evaluate performance and derive insights.

Brand Alignment:

  • Design cost-effective, product-focused packaging solutions for delivery and takeout that reflect and uphold our brand identity.
