Best Tools is hiring a SIA – Stockman for our GENERAL SANTOS branch

Position Summary:

We are looking for a SIA – Stockman who will be responsible for overseeing stock and inventory within the store. The role involves receiving, organizing, and accurately recording goods to ensure efficient daily operations. Applicants must also be willing to undergo training in Manila.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accept and check deliveries to ensure correct quantity and quality.
  • Arrange and store items in the proper stockroom areas.
  • Keep inventory records updated through stock cards or electronic systems.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and help resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in housekeeping and overall stock management tasks.
  • Work with suppliers and team members on deliveries and returns.
  • Follow company safety and security procedures when handling merchandise.

Qualifications:

  • At least a high school graduate or equivalent.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in inventory, warehouse, or store support is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with stock and inventory processes.
  • Willing to attend training in Manila.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Good communication skills and able to follow directions.
  • Physically fit to carry out manual stock handling tasks.
