JOB SUMMARY

The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the movement of inbound shipments and providing operational support for outbound activities. This role ensures timely receiving, accurate documentation and smooth communication between internal teams, drivers and external partners. This position plays a key part in maintaining efficient logistics flow, resolving issues in real time and ensuring compliance with company processes and customer requirements.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor and track all inbound shipments to ensure timely arrival.
  • Coordinate with carriers and drivers for receiving schedules.
  • Validate shipment documents such as delivery receipts, bill of lading and inbound manifests.
  • Communicate delays, discrepancies and issues to concern departments.
  • Support preparation and checking of outbound documents (e.g. waybills, packing lists, delivery instructions).
  • Relay dispatch instructions to drivers and confirm departure timelines.
  • Serve as the point of contact for drivers.
  • Address and resolve shipment concerns such as delays, misroutes, shortages or damages.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least six (6) months related experience
  • A graduate of any Bachelor's degree
  • Coordination and Multitasking skills
  • Communication Skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
  • Familiarity with logistics monitoring systems
