Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly analytical
Mid-Level Manual QA
to join our team and support Payment Tokenization projects. The ideal candidate has strong experience in manual testing, API validation, defect management, and documentation. Experience in payments or financial technology is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute
    test cases
    ,
    test scripts
    , and
    test scenarios
    for payment and tokenization-related features.
  • Perform
    functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
    on various systems and platforms.
  • Conduct thorough
    API Testing
    using tools such as
    Postman
    , including validation of request/response structures, error handling, and business logic.
  • Prepare and maintain
    Team Status Reports
    ,
    QA Dashboards
    , and other documentation to track testing progress and quality metrics.
  • Participate in
    defect triaging
    , ensuring proper prioritization, assignment, and resolution of defects across cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to clarify requirements and proactively identify potential risks or gaps.
  • Ensure testing activities comply with project timelines, quality standards, and best practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of experience
    as a Manual QA or Software Tester.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and software development lifecycles.
  • Hands-on experience in
    test case and test script creation
    .
  • TOSCA
    experience is a must
  • Proficient in
    API Testing
    with
    Postman
    .
  • Experience creating
    QA reports, dashboards, and documentation
    .
  • Solid experience in
    defect management/triaging
    using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Experience working on
    payment systems, fintech solutions, or payment tokenization projects
    is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of payment gateways, tokenization, PCI compliance, or financial transaction flows.
  • Familiarity with SQL for basic validation queries.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
