About the role

Digital Dolphin Asia Inc. is seeking a talented and dedicated Database Administrator to join our dynamic team in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Database Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimising our critical database infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and supporting our growing business.

What you'll be doing

  • Administer and maintain our database systems, including installation, configuration, backup, and recovery procedures
  • Lead check, lead generation - Download and upload of leads from different business entities in the system
  • Leads distribution to the AE/ Sales Reps
  • Monitor lead count per AE/ Sales Reps
  • Generate operational and incentives reports
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on database-related matters
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest database technologies and best practices, and recommend improvements to our systems
  • Required active participation/ contribution in team discussions
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems
  • Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve application issues
  • Document troubleshooting processes and solutions for future reference
  • Experience analyzing and reconciling large volumes of data using various data analysis tools and software (Excel, SQL, AQT etc.)

What we're looking for

  • Expert proficiency in Database Administration

  • Spreadsheet Tools: intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including graphs, tables, filters and sorting , and Concatenation.

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Experience in database design, management, and optimization preffered
  • Knowledge with Zoho is preferred (Not mandatory)
  • Familiarity with Netsuite, Salesforce and Shopify is a plus but not required
