Senior Production Supervisor for Food Manufacturing

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules and extended hours when necessary.
  • Strong background in manpower planning, scheduling, and workforce management.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across production lines.
  • Demonstrated experience in addressing employee issues and concerns effectively.
  • Solid supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to lead teams of up to 150 employees.
  • Proficient in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).
  • Skilled in production monitoring, ensuring output consistently meets specifications.
  • Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Adept in handling audits and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP and Microsoft Dynamics (or similar platforms).
  • Results-driven, highly resourceful, and able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • High level of integrity, responsibility, and dependability.
  • Fast learner with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities.
  • Demonstrates well-developed interpersonal skills and responsiveness to continuous job development.
