Job Overview:

An IT Network and Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting an organization's network and infrastructure systems. This includes ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of the IT environment, which supports day-to-day business operations.

Responsibilities:

·       Installs and configures network devices, servers, and telephony systems both via remote and onsite.

·       Provides day-to-day systems and network administration support raised through the ticketing system

·       Troubleshoots and restores all IT infrastructure related issues

·       Regularly monitors network performance and updates stakeholders if there are concerns

·       Provides technical assistance to the Facilities Department on Door Access and CCTV Systems

·       Maintains the Asset Inventory of all hardware and software used for all infrastructure systems.

·       Handles all network documentations and diagrams making sure it is always accurate and updated.

Qualifications:

·       Any bachelor's degree graduate related to Information Technology.

·       Must have at least 5 years' work experience as a Network Engineer working with Cisco devices.

Expectations:

·       Must be willing to work on site full-time. Must report on site from Monday to Friday and on holidays, only if needed.

·       Must have solid skills working with Fortinet Firewalls, Cisco routers and switches, and Juniper.

·       Must have good skills working with server virtualization and cloud systems.

·       Must have the experience and skills of a CCNP in configuring and troubleshooting an enterprise infrastructure setup working with Cisco switches, routers, and similar devices.

·       Must be able to speak and write fluently in English.

·       Implements and ensures standard processes and policies are observed in handling the day-to-day activities.

·       Must work on Australia time zone but must be flexible to change shift based on business requirements.

Note: This role will be hired under Figari client.
