We're looking for a dependable and driven Virtual Dental Assistant to join our expanding remote team

This is a full-time, long-term work-from-home position where you'll provide virtual administrative and patient support to a dental practice while maintaining excellent service standards and full compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Virtually welcome and assist patients, gathering all necessary information
  • Handle inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy
  • Manage calls, messages, and appointment scheduling
  • Collaborate effectively with dentists, patients, and team members
  • Keep patient records and reports organized and up to date
  • Perform general administrative and support tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a customer service-related field
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Friendly, patient-focused, and able to foster positive interactions
  • Fast learner with a cooperative and team-oriented mindset
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (with backup preferred)
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace with a clean or neutral background
  • Dual monitor setup

Technical Requirements

  • Computer: Intel i5 10th Gen / AMD Ryzen equivalent or higher
  • RAM: At least 8GB (16GB preferred)
  • Webcam: 1080p quality (e.g., A4 Tech PK-910H)
  • Headset: Noise-canceling (e.g., Logitech H390)
  • Power Backup: UPS for uninterrupted operations

Training Program

New hires will undergo comprehensive training covering:

  • Common dental procedures and terminology
  • Effective communication and patient handling techniques
  • Use of dental management software and systems

Training Details:

  • Compensation: ₱10,000/month + night differential
  • Schedule: 11:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Philippine Time)
  • (After training, you'll transition to a full 9-hour shift.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
