As a
Pay Per Click (PPC) Specialist
, you'll manage paid campaigns across Amazon, Google, and other marketplaces-using data-driven insights to improve visibility, drive conversions, and support the growth of globally recognized health and wellness brands.

The Qualifications We Seek

Education Level Description

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field required

Required Experience

• 3-5 years managing PPC campaigns; marketplace/Amazon experience preferred

Other Required Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with
  proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting dashboards
• Familiarity with
  Amazon Advertising Console, Seller Central/Vendor Central, and keyword research tools
  (Helium 10, PacVue, Data Dive, etc.)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Proven ability to combine AI and Helium 10 workflows for predictive bidding and keyword optimization
• Skilled in A/B testing using AI and Helium 10 analytics
• Knowledge of
  aligning PPC campaign performance with SEO insights

Preferred Certifications

Other Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using AI-based PPC tools
  (Pacvue, Perpetua, Kenshoo/Skai, Quartile) for automation and efficiency
• Familiarity with AI-powered analytics and reporting to uncover trends
• Experience using machine learning or generative AI models to forecast campaign performance
• Skilled in AI-enhanced copy creation and A/B testing for ad creatives

Your Daily Tasks

Campaign Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute Amazon PPC advertising strategies (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display)
• Create strategic advertising plans for high-priority categories aligned with business objectives
• Research and select relevant keywords and competitor terms

Campaign Execution & Optimization

• Launch and manage campaigns on Amazon Advertising Console and PacVue
• Perform daily/weekly optimizations including bid adjustments and A/B testing
• Monitor ad placement and optimize for efficiency
• Ensure product detail pages are optimized for ad readiness

Performance Monitoring & Analytics

• Track KPIs such as ACoS, ROAS, TACoS, CTR, and conversion rates
• Create dashboards and performance reports for stakeholders
• Identify underperforming campaigns and recommend improvements

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Account Managers and Creative Teams to align PPC strategies with business goals
• Work closely with Marketplace Team Leads to support promotional priorities
• Present insights and data-driven recommendations in business reviews

Growth & Innovation

• Stay updated on Amazon and PacVue trends to implement new features
• Experiment with audience targeting, DSP, and automation tools
• Contribute to long-term marketplace growth strategies driven by PPC performance
