Salary: PHP 60,000 - PHP 110,000/month (depending on skills and years experience)

Working Hours & Conditions: Mondays to Fridays; 9am-5pm Melbourne, Australia time

Holidays: Australian Holidays

OVERVIEW:

The company is looking for a detail-oriented Loan Processor that supports the Credit Team by reviewing client financial documents, preparing loan applications, coordinating with lenders, and ensuring all compliance requirements are met. The role focuses on organizing client files, identifying potential credit risks, entering data into CRM and lender portals, and helping move applications toward timely approval through proactive communication and follow-through.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist credit team with client files by completing tasks such as:

  • Lender Serviceability assessments
  • Lender interest rate pricing requests
  • Lender property valuations
  • Find the best lender solutions for clients looking to undertake an application
  • Reviewing of payslips, banking statements, and income documentation to accurately calculate serviceable income for an application
  • Have the ability to review bank statements and flag any critical or noteworthy transactions or issues that may impact an application.
  • Ensuring that files are organized and all documents are received, if not, listing for the credit manager what is outstanding and required
  • Flagging potential credit risks or things to be considered on a client file
  • Building out applications and undertaking entry of client data into CRM system and Apply online portal for submissions of applications to lenders
  • Calling lenders to check on the status of applications, and working in with credit team and third parties to address outstandings on files to achieve timely approvals for loan applications
  • Ensuring that compliance for client files is being satisfied with the upload of correct and necessary information to CRM system file
  • Communication with credit team to update on the progress of tasks and files, and also to advise when capacity is present to assist with further tasks and files

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3+ years experience as Loan Processor, Credit Support, and/or Lending Assistant or similar in a mortgage broking firm.
  • Experience using CRM systems and lender submission portals (e.g. MYCRM and AOL would be helpful)
  • Knowledge of lending policies across different banks and lenders.
  • Good exposure to different types of files, and lenders, and are have learned to efficiently handle multiple files can do so independently.
  • Organised with your tasks and workflow for ongoing files and matters that require attention. This way you can ensure things are being done in a timely manner, and deals are progressing effectively.
  • Proactive and work in with credit team to understand what is required or where your time and resource may be needed to maximise the company performance and number of applications that can be completed
  • Communicate effectively with the credit team when working on tasks to provide updates on file statuses or those tasks you have been assigned, as well as being able to do this in the expected timeframes set by the credit team.
  • Ideally, have the foundation of credit and loan processing experience to work independently on client files to complete those tasks outlined above, without a large degree of oversight.
