Regional Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of regional marketing plans, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Assist in localizing national campaigns to fit market-specific needs.
  • Coordinate with the regional sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.
  • Organize and support regional events, trade shows, and on-ground activations.
  • Monitor competitor activities and local market trends; prepare reports and insights.
  • Help manage regional marketing materials and ensure timely distribution.
  • Track campaign performance and assist with reporting metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain communication with local partners, agencies, and vendors as needed.
  • Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, and logistics.
  • Travel within the assigned region when necessary to support marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience or internship in marketing, event coordination, or sales support is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
  • Willing to travel within the region and occasionally overseas.
  • Sales background or understanding of sales processes is preferred.
  • Experienced in HORECA industry is an advantage
  • Must be residence of MAKATI or nearby municipalities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
