About the role

YDBread Co. is seeking a dedicated Staff + Dining & Dispatch to join our team in Makati City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position, supporting our thriving hospitality and tourism business.

What you'll be doing

  • Welcoming and seating customers, providing exemplary customer service
  • Taking food and drink orders, ensuring accurate order fulfilment
  • Delivering orders to tables in a timely and professional manner
  • Clearing and resetting tables as needed
  • Assisting with food preparation and dispatch as required
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
  • Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards
  • Providing feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role in the hospitality or tourism industry
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to be on your feet for extended periods
