A. Overview

The Content Marketing Executive is the storyteller and voice guardian of Karofi Philippines. This role crafts the narratives, messages, and visual - verbal communication that shape how consumers experience Karofi across all channels - social media, e-commerce, retail stores, RM, events, activations, partnerships, and internal campaigns.

They translate product benefits, hydration education, brand values, and consumer insights into compelling content that strengthens brand preference, supports retail and e-commerce conversion, and delivers cohesive brand storytelling across the entire customer journey.

This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, strong writing, and the ability to use data to refine and elevate content performance.

B. Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Storytelling & Content Development


• Craft brand stories, narratives, and communication angles that elevate Karofi's positioning in the Philippines.


• Translate product features (e.g., RO technology, hot & cold benefits, health and hydration insights) into consumer-friendly storytelling.


• Ensure all content reinforces Karofi's three messaging pillars, brand tone, and core value proposition: Better Health Through Better Water.

2. Multi-Channel Content Strategy & Planning


• Develop the monthly content strategy across all channels:

  • Facebook, Instagram, TikTok

  • Lazada, Shopee, Website

  • Email & SMS (CRM)

  • Retail stores (in-image copies, posters, shelf talkers)

  • Events & activations

  • Partnerships & PR


• Align content plans with sales priorities, promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.

3. Content Creation & Copywriting


• Write high-quality, conversion-ready copy for:

  • Social posts

  • In-image text (headline + subcopy)

  • Product storytelling visuals

  • eDMs & SMS

  • Retail promotional materials

  • Blogs & hydration education content


• Work closely with designers to translate ideas into strong visual executions.

4. Support for Performance Marketing & E-Commerce


• Provide content variations for A/B testing for Meta ads, retargeting, and conversion-led creatives.


• Ensure all e-commerce listings and creative assets are optimized for:

  • CTR

  • CVR

  • Add-to-cart rates

  • Brand credibility


• Collaborate with the Digital team to improve ROAS through content.

5. Community & Customer Engagement


• Support community-building through content that sparks conversation, shares hydration education, and highlights customer stories.


• Assist in managing responses and ensuring consistent brand tone across touchpoints.

6. CRM Content & Customer Journey Messaging


• Craft compelling subject lines, preview texts, and email bodies for promo campaigns, launches, and customer education.


• Support drip campaigns and customer lifecycle communication.

7. Performance Tracking & Continuous Optimization


• Track weekly/monthly performance of all content across platforms:

  • Reach, engagement, CTR

  • E-commerce traffic & conversions

  • Email open rates & click-through


• Use data to improve storytelling, creative formats, and messaging direction.


• Provide insights and recommendations for future content cycles.

C. Qualifications


• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related field.


• 2–3 years experience in content marketing, brand storytelling, or digital marketing.


• Strong ability to create brand narratives, product storytelling, and consumer-friendly educational content.


• Excellent copywriting skills and ability to write for different channels and formats.


• Comfortable analyzing content performance and adjusting strategies based on data.


• Strong presentation and communication skills.


• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
