We are looking for organized and detail-oriented Asset Coordinators to join a dynamic team supporting operations in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the operations team in scheduling ad hoc and planned service works safely and efficiently.
  • Raise purchase orders for contractors and vendors against the correct service cases.
  • Prepare quotes and invoices for customers related to unplanned service works and repairs.
  • Arrange onsite inductions through relevant portals.
  • Create service cases in NetSuite.
  • Engage suitable local contractors as needed.
  • Coordinate inductions and safety documentation for contractors, ensuring compliance with customer access requirements.
  • Process vendor invoices for warranty claims when required.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
  • Highly organised with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Package and Oracle NetSuite (required).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with a strong customer-focused approach.
  • Experience managing third-party contractors is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Stable employment history (no job changes within the last year) and recent relevant experience required.
