Role Description

Maintains quality control of all Architectural works. Responsible for ensuring and improving the quality of works on the site

Qualifications

  • Willing to be assigned in Puerto Princesa, Palawan
  • Must be a graduate of BS Architecture.
  • At least 1-2 years working experience in a construction industry preferably in quality assurance and quality control.
  • Exposure in High-rise construction works is an advantage.
  • Review all plans and specifications.
  • Ensure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable.
  • Coordinates rectification works to the concerned parties prior to inspection.
  • Check on subcontractor's and worker's activities to ensure their works comply with project specification and standards.
  • Provides detailed and critical technical support.
  • Ensures that the company's safety and security program is properly implemented.
  • Highly organized and keen to details.
  • Possess strong leadership skills and should be able to deal effectively with all employees from all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to read and understand construction plans.
  • Ability to interpret instructions, either written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
  • Can start ASAP
