Job Summary:

The Sales Designer is responsible for engaging with clients to understand their design needs, creating tailored solutions, and driving sales by combining creativity with strategic selling. This role involves consulting with customers, designing customized layouts or product solutions, and ensuring a seamless experience from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to assess their needs, preferences, and budget for design projects.
  • Create and present design proposals, including sketches, 3D renderings, and mood boards.
  • Recommend appropriate products, materials, and solutions to meet client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the sales and design teams to align customer expectations with company capabilities.
  • Prepare quotations, contracts, and agreements in line with company policies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new design techniques, and product innovations.
  • Assist in showroom presentations, trade shows, and marketing initiatives to attract potential clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service throughout the sales and design process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales and design, preferably in furniture, home improvement, or interior design industries.
  • Strong visual and creative skills with proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a passion for design and sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php33,000.00 per month
