About the role

As the Importation & Logistics Assistant for Vespa BGC, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient import and distribution of motorcycles and related products. Based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila, this is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting the wider supply chain and logistics operations of the Autohub Group of Companies.

What you'll be doing

  1. Coordinate and monitor the import process for motorcycles and parts, liaising with customs authorities and logistics providers
  2. Assist in the preparation and submission of all required import documentation
  3. Track shipments and manage inventory levels to ensure timely delivery to dealerships
  4. Support the distribution and delivery of Vespa products to sales outlets across the region
  5. Provide administrative support to the Importation and Logistics teams as needed
  6. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and visibility

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years' experience in a similar importation, logistics or supply chain role, preferably within the automotive or motorcycle industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy of documentation and inventory records
  4. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively
  5. Proficient in using relevant software and IT systems to support logistics operations
  6. Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs clearance processes is highly desirable
