Core Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll and general ledger.

• Manage the month-end close process

• Lead bank and account reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis.
Revenue Accounting

• Manage revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606 

• Review customer contracts for proper revenue treatment.

• Monitor deferred revenue schedules and ensure timely revenue recognition.
Systems & Process Improvement

• Assist in ERP/accounting system implementation 

• Identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual work and errors.
Reporting & Compliance

• Coordinate external audits and act as a point of contact with auditors.

• Help with tax filings, regulatory reporting, and corporate requirements.
Key Systems: Campfire (ERP), Ramp (AP, Expense Report and Cards), Rippling (Payroll), Navan (Travel), Rillet (Billing), and Mercury (Banking)
