Operating since 2003, it anticipates gross revenues of approximately $20M in 2024. The company is preparing for significant growth in its core business and aims to capitalize on adjacent market opportunities in both the building and construction industry and telecommunications sector. To support this expansion, it is building a robust finance and accounting function in the Philippines. Job Description The responsibilities of the Accounting Manager are: Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes, including invoice verification, approval routing, coding, and payment scheduling via Bill.com, while maintaining accurate vendor records and resolving payment discrepancies. Oversee Accounts Receivable functions by generating and issuing customer invoices, reconciling incoming payments, and monitoring aging reports to ensure timely collections and resolution of billing issues. Prepare and maintain AP and AR reconciliations, schedules, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and month-end close activities. Assist in preparing and posting journal entries, conducting account reviews, roll-forwards, and reconciliations, and providing analytical support for CFO and management inquiries. Support the Financial Controller in ensuring the integrity of the balance sheet and contributing to continuous improvements in financial processes and controls. Utilize accounting systems such as Sage Intacct and Bill.com to maintain accurate financial data, while leveraging Excel and Microsoft Office tools for reporting and analysis. Contribute to internal and external audit preparations by compiling required documentation and responding to audit requests in a timely and organized manner. Assist with process documentation, automation initiatives, and various administrative functions, including state licensing and registration tasks, as needed. The Successful Applicant A successful Accounting Manager should have:CPA license with a background in Construction Accounting or experience in Milestone/Percentage-of-Completion revenue recognition Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions Proficiency in Bill.com and Sage Intacct, or similar accounting/payment platforms Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong command of other Microsoft Office tools Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment Ability to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours and manage multiple priorities independently What's on Offer The company offers a compelling opportunity to join a well-established U.S. telecom infrastructure provider as it enters a new phase of growth.
