The Growth Marketing Team for New Businesses is a young and dynamic team responsible for leading the consumer marketing programs and campaigns for the Insurance, Wealth Management and Sustainability products of GCash, getting Filipinos on the road to financial wellness by driving growth, usage, and adoption of GCash's portfolio of insurance and investment products.

You will report to the Growth Marketing Senior Manager, Insurance in a hybrid work arrangement.
As a key member of the New Business Growth Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of this category-defining business.
In your capacity as Growth Marketing Manager, New Businesses, you will develop and implement growth strategies to drive revenue and user adoption for GInsure's Marketplace. You will execute high-impact, results-driven campaigns, grounded in data and consumer insight that will drive brand awareness, consumer demand, enhance brand loyalty, and deepen our connection with GCash users. You will collaborate with marketing teams (marketing communications, research, analytics, media, PR, etc.), and commercial and product stakeholders.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Driving impactful go-to-market product and campaign launches by owning development of audience strategy, messaging, positioning, and communication strategies, and delivering campaigns and strategy with a solid bias for growth and business impact.
- Developing research plans to uncover customer insights, steer and validate the product and marketing roadmaps, and stay on top of the competitive landscape.
- Running experiments to test hypotheses and bring analytical rigour to campaigns to inform the go-to-market strategy.
- Help manage partnerships with external partners, figuring out ways in which we can develop joint marketing activities and co-marketing plans.
- Tackle complex problems with a strategic mindset, and create thoughtful recommendations and action plans for solving those problems.
- Manage marketing budgets to ensure investments meet ROI benchmarks, and ensure timely budget accruals.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience with experience in fast-paced companies.
- Consumer obsessed, with a drive to continuously learn more about our core consumers, identify how our products meet their needs, and understand how to most effectively share our brand message with them.
- Strong data and analytical skills. Experience in data-led decision making; you should be able to interpret extensive data and identify the opportunities for growth and optimization.
- You're biased toward action, a great collaborator and master simplifier. You never stop pushing towards clarity and delivery.
- You are a hard-working, detailed, organized, and motivated self-starter, who enjoys challenges and is not deterred by complicated/complex situations.
- You have the willingness and know-how to deeply understand the market, customers and competition.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable presenting and sharing work with executive leadership.
- Good relationship management and ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders
