We're looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Deal Desk Coordinator (Permanent Work from home) to join our team in Manila. In this role, you'll support our Deal Desk Analyst and Sales teams by managing the essential administrative and operational tasks that keep deals running smoothly. You'll play a key role in the post-sales process - ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and seamless deal execution.
What You'll Be Doing
- Accurately apply pre-calculated Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and Net Recurring Revenue (NRR) values to "Closed Won" deals in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
- Review and process contract buyout requests, ensuring documentation accuracy and policy compliance
- Respond to internal sales inquiries about MRR/NRR status, data entry, and procedures
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks to improve team efficiency
- Maintain clear, accurate records of all processed deals to support reporting and compliance
What You Need To Bring
We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:
- Previous years of experience in an administrative, operational, or data-entry role
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative attitude with the ability to work well across teams
Our hiring process is very straightforward. You'll undergo a preliminary video screening and the whole process will be conducted at the comfort of your own home, through Zoom or Google Meet. No need to go through Manila's heavy traffic
