Job Summary

As a Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns that drive engagement, enhance brand awareness, and support business growth. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to create impact content and monitor performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and track marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Create engaging content for websites, social media, email newsletters, and press releases.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
  • Manage the company's social media presence and respond to audience engagement.
  • Coordinate with designers, media agencies, and printers to produce marketing materials.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytic tools.
  • Support event planning and execution, including trade shows and product launches.
  • Assist in budget tracking and invoice processing for marketing expenditures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing or communications role (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or similar.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
