  • Schedule: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM, Monday to Friday)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our team onsite in BGC. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about designing engaging and effective learning experiences, with hands-on experience in eLearning tools and a solid understanding of adult learning principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop instructional materials including eLearning modules, instructor-led training (ILT), job aids, and assessments
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure instructional accuracy
  • Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create engaging learning experiences
  • Utilize tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline/Rise, or Camtasia to develop multimedia content
  • Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics
  • Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and instructional quality across all learning materials
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in learning technologies and instructional design

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Instructional Designer or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Adobe Captivate, Articulate (Storyline or Rise), or Camtasia
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • At least 2 years of college education completed with no back subjects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php133,000.00 per month
