Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Personal Brand Strategist who will lead the development and execution of a powerful, consistent, and authentic personal brand for the CEO. This role is responsible for shaping the CEO's public profile, building thought leadership, managing digital presence, and driving engagement with key audiences across nonprofit, humanitarian, and leadership sectors.

The strategist will act as a creative and strategic partner, turning the CEO's expertise and vision into compelling narratives, digital content, and high-profile opportunities.

Job Details:

  • Work Setup: Work from Home
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday | 4 PM–1 AM (Manila time)
  • Holidays: To be discussed but most likely UK Holidays

Responsibilities:

Leadership & Brand Strategy

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive personal brand strategy that defines the CEO's positioning, voice, and values.
  • Ensure all communications consistently reflect the CEO's leadership style, authenticity, and professional tone.
  • Translate the CEO's experiences, insights, and humanitarian impact into a compelling personal narrative and digital identity.
  • Establish clear objectives and KPIs to measure growth, visibility, and engagement.

Digital Presence & Audience Growth

  • Lead the development of the CEO's digital presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Oversee the creation of a professional website or landing page featuring biography, media kit, and contact information.
  • Develop strategies to grow and engage audiences, strengthening the CEO's online authority and reach.
  • Use data and analytics tools to track audience insights, optimise performance, and report progress.

Content, Media & Storytelling

  • Plan and manage a rolling content calendar aligned with the CEO's strategic goals.
  • Create high-quality posts, articles, and video content that highlight leadership insights, humanitarian experiences, and impact stories.
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and writers to produce engaging, brand-aligned materials.
  • Ensure all content maintains the CEO's authentic voice while enhancing professional visibility.

Speaking Engagements & PR

  • Position the CEO as a keynote speaker and trainer within the nonprofit and leadership sectors.
  • Develop speaker materials including bio, pitch deck, and professional reel.
  • Secure podcast features, interviews, and media placements to strengthen credibility and thought leadership.
  • Support the delivery of workshops, webinars, and speaking engagements, ensuring professional representation and follow-up.

Partnerships & Strategic Collaborations

  • Identify and nurture partnerships with nonprofits, universities, thought leaders, and media platforms to expand reach.
  • Coordinate collaborative campaigns, co-authored content, or panel discussions that align with the CEO's mission.
  • Maintain professional relationships to position the CEO as a trusted voice within the humanitarian and leadership ecosystem.

Systems, Operations & Team Support

  • Manage a small network of freelancers (copywriter, designer, video editor, PR assistant) to support content and campaign delivery.
  • Establish effective workflows, content schedules, and reporting systems to ensure consistent execution.
  • Regularly review analytics and feedback to refine strategy and improve performance.
  • Build scalable systems that allow the CEO's personal brand to grow sustainably over time.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in personal branding, executive communications, or digital leadership strategy.
  • Proven experience growing social and digital presence for high-profile leaders.
  • Experience managing a small creative team.
  • Familiarity with nonprofit, social impact, or leadership sectors is highly desirable.
  • Portfolio demonstrating measurable results, audience growth, media placements, and content campaigns.
  • Strategic and creative thinker with a track record of developing executive or leadership brands.
  • Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills across digital and live formats.
  • Deep understanding of social media growth, digital engagement, SEO, and analytics.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and highly organised; able to manage multiple projects and teams.
  • Professional, authentic, and adaptable tone; capable of capturing the CEO's voice consistently.
  • Media savvy and experienced in PR, speaking, and thought leadership positioning.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with measurable targets and deadlines.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with C-level executives, thought leaders, or nonprofit leaders.
  • Background in nonprofit, social impact, or mission-driven organisations.
  • Video production, graphic design, or creative direction skills.
  • Familiarity with email marketing, newsletters, or podcast production.
