Position Title: Civil Engineer

Location: Palawan (Relocation Required)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all civil and structural aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.
  • Prepare and review project designs, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare technical reports for management.
  • Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship on-site.
  • Provide technical advice and resolve design or construction-related issues.
  • Support the project management team in scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Civil Engineer.
  • 3–5 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Preferably with experience in hotel or resort development.
  • Strong knowledge of structural design, site development, and project management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to be relocated in Palawan.
