Store Supervisor_Alabang* Star Screwtech Bolts and Nuts - Alabang*

Nature of Job

  • Responsible in assisting and working with all store staff with their task while ensuring a high level of job performance

. * Monitor and take action on the flow of service in the store in terms of customer inquiries/orders, demands, suggestions and complaints.

Basic Task

  • Delegate tasks and other instructions to subordinates * Check merchandise display, cleanliness standards, receiving of deliveries, stock transfers * Monitors and reports critical and out of stock merchandise
  • Implement company policies and procedures effectively * Communicate with top management regarding sales, employees, customers and other important matters.

Education and Training

  • Must be a graduate of any four year course preferable business course
  • Experience working in a retail environment and preferably in hardware industry
  • Minimum of one year experience in supervisory capacity

Skills and Competency Requirements

  • Must have the knowledge and ability to supervise a store
  • Knowledge in business is a plus
  • Knowledge and ability to train people
  • Fast learner and ability to handle pressure
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must be courteous to customers, suppliers and all levels of the organization
