Position Summary

The
Recruitment Manager
is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment operations for client accounts. This role oversees a large team of recruiters, ensures delivery of high-quality candidates within agreed SLAs and KPIs, and partners closely with client stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business objectives. The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and deep expertise in full-cycle recruitment within an RPO environment.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with client stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Understand client workforce needs, business priorities, and hiring forecasts.
  • Act as the main escalation point for recruitment delivery and performance concerns.

Recruitment Strategy & Delivery

  • Design, implement, and optimize recruitment strategies aligned with client needs and market conditions.
  • Ensure efficient execution of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a large recruitment team (60+ recruiters).
  • Assign workloads, set performance targets, and conduct regular coaching and performance reviews.
  • Develop succession plans and support recruiter capability building.

Talent Acquisition

  • Oversee sourcing strategies across multiple channels including job boards, referrals, social media, and networking.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of qualified and diverse candidate pipelines.

Candidate Evaluation

  • Ensure rigorous screening and assessment standards across all roles.
  • Review candidate quality and provide guidance on complex or critical hires.

Metrics, Reporting & Performance Management

  • Track and analyze recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, fill rate, quality of hire, and recruiter productivity.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients and internal leadership.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor labor market trends, competitor activity, and talent availability.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to clients to stay competitive in hiring.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
  • Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum
    10 years total recruitment experience
    , with at least
    4 years in recruitment
    and
    3+ years in a managerial role
  • RPO experience is required
  • Proven experience managing
    large recruitment teams (60+ recruiters)
  • Strong background in
    full-cycle recruitment
    across multiple industries and role types
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and people development skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in
    Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
    and recruitment tools
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Stable employment history
    (not a job hopper; no pattern of short tenures under one year)
  • Must have
