  • Waste Minimization: Manage ingredient usage carefully to control costs and reduce wastage.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Properly operate, clean, and maintain baking tools and equipment to ensure efficiency and longevity.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Deliver baked products that align with customer preferences, ensuring freshness and visual appeal.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies to avoid shortages, overstocking, or spoilage.
