This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our network of real estate brokers in Cebu, providing them with the support and resources they need to successfully market and sell Filinvest Land's diverse portfolio of properties. You will play a vital role in fostering strong relationships and maximizing sales through our valued broker partners.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual who will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers in Cebu.
  • Provide brokers with product knowledge, marketing materials, and sales support.
  • Facilitate communication and ensure smooth collaboration between Filinvest Land and our broker partners.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets through the broker network.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of BS Real Estate Management or any 4-year course
  • Must have an experience in real estate sales or as Broker Coordinator from a real estate developer
  • Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of real estate sales experience
  • Must have an extensive network of real estate brokers and agents.
  • Real Estate Broker License is an advantage
