Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will manage and oversee construction projects with minimal supervision, ensuring that daily and weekly project goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects with minimal supervision.
  • Ensure that the project meets daily required accomplishments and targets.
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly accomplishment reports, including updates on project concerns.
  • Provide initiative and propose innovative ideas to improve project efficiency, quality, and workflow.
  • Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor compliance with national and local structural codes and safety standards.
  • Interpret and review structural and other technical drawings accurately.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering (licensed or non-licensed).
  • At least 1 year of experience in construction or related field.
  • Preferably with a valid SO2 Certificate.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting structural, architectural, and detailed plans.
  • Familiar with national and local building codes and structural standards.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php28,000.00 per month
