On-site - Mandaluyong | 3-5 Years Experience | Diploma | Full-time Job Description The ideal candidate will be responsible for in-house legal matters, including drafting agreements, addressing compliance issues, and participating in negotiation discussions. The candidate should be comfortable working with in-house and outside counsels on various legal matters. Responsibilities Provide legal support to internal departments Collaborate with in-house and outside counsels as required Negotiate and draft complex transactional agreements Implement pre-emptive measures to avoid legal risks and conflicts Review and draft commercial contracts Qualifications J.D. qualified to practice law 3-5 years of legal work experience Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong Having Latin Honours is highly advantageous Knowledge of regulatory and corporate compliance is a plus Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage but not required Requirements Please refer to the detailed job description above.
