Job Summary:

The IT Project Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology initiatives that support company's business goals. The ideal candidate has strong experience in managing IT projects, implementing ERP systems, and is capable of driving cross-functional collaboration. This role ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the company's strategic direction particularly in enhancing operational efficiency, digital transformation, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Execution:

  • Lead end-to-end management of IT projects, from initiation to deployment and post-implementation support.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Ensure project milestones and deliverables are completed on schedule and within approved scope.

ERP Implementation:

  • Oversee the implementation, customization, and integration of ERP solutions.
  • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and ensure ERP modules meet operational needs.
  • Manage vendor coordination, testing cycles, and user training.

Methodologies & Governance:

  • Apply PMP best practices and project governance frameworks to manage risk, quality, and change control.
  • Utilize Agile Scrum methodologies to manage sprints, backlog prioritization, and team ceremonies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams such as Operations, Sales, Finance, and Real Estate (if applicable) to align project objectives.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and decisions effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Coordinate with leadership to ensure all technology initiatives support company direction and growth strategies.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including business requirements, project reports, timelines, and technical specifications.
  • Provide accurate, timely reporting to management on project health, risks, and actions.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 3–5 years of experience managing IT projects in a professional environment.
  • Proven experience in implementing ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Netsuite, or similar).
  • PMP Certification (active).
  • Strong familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong alignment with strategic direction, including commitment to operational excellence and digital innovation.

Preferred:

  • Experience or background in the real estate, construction, or property development industries.
  • Understanding of IT architecture, system integrations, and business process optimization.
