Digital Design Team Leader: Responsible for planning, managing, and delivering BIM models and drawings. Leads a team of technicians to ensure the quality and timely delivery of digital design projects, while driving the adoption of BIM standards and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead BIM and 2D drawing production to meet project and company standards.
  • Manage planning, reporting, and coordination across teams and stakeholders.
  • Support the MEP Manager with procedures, training, and team development.
  • Drive quality, efficiency, and innovation in BIM/CAD processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and maintain Revit libraries for optimal delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
  • At least 7 years of progressive experience in digital design within the construction industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of digital design operations using the latest versions of Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks, Dynamo, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
  • Proficient in BIM and associated software, with proven ability to develop automation scripts and routines to standardise processes and optimise productivity.
  • Prior experience with engineering consulting firms is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows environments, with solid working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, email, and database applications.

o   Forsspac operates on a hybrid work setup

o   Hours of work are fully flexible (44 hours a week)

o   Main office has desks that can be booked

Remuneration (Per month)

o   Gross salary subject to negotiation based on experience
