KNC Group of Companies is seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our Chowking store operations as an Assistant Restaurant Manager 1 where he/she will help the Restaurant Manager meet goals by managing daily operations, especially in food production, staff support, and customer service.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Restaurant Manager 2 (ARM 2) supports the Restaurant Manager in achieving store goals through effective operations management. This role focuses on sales growth, cost control, service quality, and people development. The ARM 2 monitors and analyzes sales performance, implements labor cost and cash control plans, and ensures smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales-building initiatives for dine-in, take-out, and business channels.
  • Develop and monitor labor cost and cash control plans.
  • Ensure Food Safety, Cleanliness, and Condition (FSC) standards are met.
  • Use the Feedback Management System (FMS) to assess and improve customer experience.
  • Handle customer feedback and ensure service recovery.
  • Support training, performance appraisal, and development of Crew Leaders and trainees.
  • Prepare business reports and assist in securing business permits.
  • Oversee shift operations to achieve sales, profit, and quality targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Business, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a restaurant, food service, or retail environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge in operations, financial management, and customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
