Job Summary
As a Social Media Manager & Marketing, you will develop content strategies, create and edit short-form videos, manage community interactions, and track performance metrics to drive brand awareness and inbound leads. Paid training is provided to ensure your success before client placement.

Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- Develop content strategies and posting schedules to grow followers and engagement
- Craft short-form videos, Reels, and visual stories that resonate with our audience
- Respond to comments and DMs to build authentic community relationships
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance and provide actionable insights
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms
- Collaborate with the team to explore influencer partnerships and community initiatives
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Skilled in creating and editing short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.)
- Creative, proactive, and a "test-and-learn" mindset
- Must be actively seeking full-time work (no other job commitments)
- Willing to work night shift (11 PM - 08 AM, Philippine Time)
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with email marketing campaigns
- Comfort with outreach (cold calls or vendor communications)
- Prior experience in influencer collaborations or community engagement
Technical Requirements:
- i5+ computer
- Noise-canceling headset (wired needed)
- 50 Mbps wired internet
- Dedicated home office setup
