Intellects Group is seeking talented, passionate professionals with WorkForce Software (WFS) experience to join our growing team. As a Consultant at Intellects Group, you will play a key role in helping clients implement and optimize their WFS solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a strong understanding of the WFS platform.Responsibilities:Lead project planning and analysis activities

Document configuration requirements

Configure WorkForce Software in accordance with client specifications

Lead and support user acceptance testing to ensure solution alignment with client requirements

Manage deployment activities and oversee successful go-live transitions

Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients and end-users

Stay current on WorkForce Software (WFS) modules and functionality

Cultivate and sustain positive, long-term client relationships

Share insights and contribute to internal knowledge and best practices

Provide timely and reliable support to both clients and internal teams

Proactively pursue professional development and broaden project experience

Qualifications:Hands-on experience with WorkForce Software (WFS)Strong communication and leadership abilities

Confident and effective in presenting and communicating via video conferencing

Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines

Strong team collaborator with a cooperative and solution-oriented approach

Highly organized with exceptional time management and multitasking abilities

Ability to work remotely from a home office within North AmericaPrior consulting experience is a plus

Professional certifications such as FPC, CPP, HRIP, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or PMP are a plus
