Job Description:
- Manage accounts payable/receivable functions
- AP Trade or Non-Trade.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Audit sales transactions.
- Prepare financial reports.
- Track and document company expenses.
- Process and manage invoices; follow up on outstanding payments.
- Support payroll processing.
- Maintain financial filing systems and documentation.
- Assist with audits and compliance requirements.
- Communicate with vendors and clients on financial matters.
Job Qualification:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, Financial Management or any related course.
- At least 6 months of related experience.
- Ability to multitask and can work with less supervision.
- Hardworking and can work under pressure.
- Willing to work full onsite in Tabacalera, Ermita Manila.
- Can start ASAP.
