Open Position: Finance Officer (Payables, Payroll, Billing, & Collection Officer)

Educational Background: Bachelors' degree in Accounting or in Business with emphasis in Accounting/Finance

Job Description:

  • Supervise the Billing, Payroll, Payables, and Collection staff.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation and submission of payroll and billing.
  • Prepare payroll-billing analysis.
  • Ensure timely collection of accounts receivable.
  • Address and resolve all audit exceptions and instructions promptly.
  • Collaborate with other office departments.
  • Provide training to new and existing billers as needed to enhance professional development.
  • Assist in developing and implementing new policies and procedures to improve departmental workflow.
  • Perform other duties as required for the efficient operation of the departments.

Work Experience: At least 2 years work experience in accounting or finance with emphasis on billing and collection

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php26,000.00 per month
