About the Role:

We're looking for a Virtual Assistant / E-Commerce Store Manager to help run and scale our growing online business. You'll be in charge of managing customer service, processing orders, and keeping everything organized behind the scenes—from inventory tracking to supplier coordination. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Respond to customer messages through email, chat, and social media in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges through Shopify and ShipStation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and ensure products are shipped and stocked properly.
  • Keep inventory data updated in Google Sheets and Excel (must-have skills).
  • Help design simple marketing visuals using Canva (a plus).
  • Find smarter ways to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and business needs.

What You'll Need:

  • At least 2 years of Shopify experience (required).
  • Strong Google Sheets and Excel skills (required).
  • Experience using ChatGPT for research or operations.
  • Excellent written English and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Experience in order management, logistics, or inventory tracking.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience using ShipStation.
  • Familiarity with Canva.
  • Background in DTC (direct-to-consumer) e-commerce.
