About the Role

You'll be the go-to expert defining the organization's cloud vision — from design to implementation.

As Cloud Architect, you'll plan infrastructure, oversee migrations, and ensure systems meet business goals for reliability, cost efficiency, and compliance.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design, plan, and define the strategic direction for cloud environments (AWS & Azure).
  • Architect cloud infrastructure across platforms, databases, networks, and storage.
  • Develop adoption and migration strategies for applications and data.
  • Monitor, optimize, and maintain high availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with IT security to ensure compliance and data privacy.
  • Establish governance policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Educate internal teams on cloud technologies and frameworks.
  • Evaluate providers, negotiate contracts, and manage SLAs.
  • Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies and industry trends.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of experience in cloud architecture, design, or implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure platforms.
  • Strong understanding of networking, virtualization, and cloud security.
  • Proven experience in cloud migration and infrastructure design.
  • Experience defining cloud governance policies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Manila.

Good-to-Have
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
  • Experience in cost optimization and disaster recovery planning.
  • Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.
