What will you deliver?

  • Demonstrate customer service excellence by receiving, fulfilling and following up on account orders and enquiries within a stipulated timeframe, and ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of product orders.
  • Keep master list and pricing related documents updated.
  • Work with internal team to regularly review parameter settings in the Webshop.
  • Effectively manage Webshop orders and price changes for Webshop items.
  • Ensure customer order data accuracy in the ERP.
  • Provide accurate periodic and adhoc reports.
  • Ensure all customer enquiries and onsite issues are addressed timely.
  • Process billing timely to ensure smooth accounts receivable. You also process credit notes and debit notes when required.
  • Leverage and work with internal network/departments for existing pricing and manage freight effectively to ensure cost optimization.
  • Manage forwarders and courier providers to ensure cost effectiveness.
  • Provide strong support to Key Account Managers.
  • Ensure world class customer service is achieved.
  • Ensure compliance with Vallen's sales policies and procedures.
  • To perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Site Support Activities

  • Visit customer site for at least 4 days a week.
  • Support enquiries from the site users which includes quality issue, sample viewing/collect/submission & etc.
  • Assist Toolcrib / warehouse personnel on stock count or any related Webshop queries.

Key Qualifications / Requirements

  • Diploma in related discipline
  • Sales, Marketing, or Account Management experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Good team player with the ability to work effectively under deadlines
  • Based at customer site (Batangas) at least 4 times a week
