Position: Walmart Online Arbitrage (OA) Sourcer

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Schedule: Full-Time | Night Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PH Time after onboarding)

Salary: 20,000 PHP/month (trial month) ? 28,000–30,000 PHP/month after onboarding (night shift premium included)

Who We Are

La Tiendita LLC is a U.S.-based e-commerce business specializing in retail and online arbitrage. While we've built a strong Amazon operation, we are now expanding into Walmart and building a dedicated Walmart department from the ground up. This is an exciting opportunity to join early, help shape the systems, and grow with the team.

This role is 100% sourcing-focused with Walmart operational tasks as needed. It may require customer service if the business requires it.

Your Responsibilities

• Use Marter/Sellify to source profitable Walmart Online Arbitrage deals from U.S. retail websites that meet our ROI, margin, and sales criteria

• Apply advanced sourcing metrics: ROI, competition, historical pricing, and marketplace demand

• Accurately input qualified leads into Google Spreadsheets with all required data points

• Convert approved listings into WFS (Walmart Fulfillment Services) listings in Walmart Seller Central

• List inventory in Walmart Seller Central according to company guidelines

• Assist with Walmart-specific admin tasks when needed (opening support tickets, managing inventory updates, resolving listing issues)

• Flag high-priority deals such as limited stock or time-sensitive sales

• Meet daily and weekly sourcing quotas with consistent accuracy

• Communicate with the team when clarification or guidance is needed

You Are a Good Fit If You Have:

• At least 6 months of Walmart OA sourcing experience

• Strong working knowledge of Marter/Sellify and Walmart Seller Central

• Ability to create and convert listings into WFS listings

• Familiarity with Walmart admin tasks, including opening tickets

• Experience with Google Spreadsheets for tracking leads and performance

• Strong understanding of ROI, profit margin, competition analysis, and historical pricing trends

• Good English communication skills (written and spoken) — minimum B2 level

• Reliable computer and internet speed of at least 20 Mbps

• Ability to work the night shift (U.S. daytime / PH overnight)

• Experience with Sellerboard is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Training / Trial Month Pay: 20,000 PHP/month (standard PH hours)

• Full Pay After Onboarding: 28,000–30,000 PHP/month (night shift premium included)

• Full Hours After Onboarding: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PH time)

• Pay Schedule: 15th and 30th of each month

• 13th Month Pay: Yes

• PH Holidays: Select holidays observed

• Raises: Based on consistent performance

• Growth Opportunities: Yes — especially in the Walmart department as it expands
