About The Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented E-commerce Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing high-converting visual assets that enhance our online shopping experience and drive sales. You will create engaging graphics for websites, product pages, digital ads, promotional campaigns, email marketing, and more. The ideal candidate is highly creative, skilled in digital design, and understands the unique demands of e-commerce.

• Product Listing Optimization: Create compelling and optimized product listings, including high-quality images, detailed descriptions, and relevant keywords, to maximize visibility and conversion rates on Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and other platforms.
• Infographic Design: Design visually engaging and informative infographics to communicate product features, benefits, and other key information clearly and concisely.
• A+ Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative A+ content for product listings, showcasing product features, benefits, and brand stories to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
• Marketing Material Design: Create various marketing materials, including banners, ads, email templates, landing pages, and other promotional assets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and platform specifications.
• Social Media Design: Design visually appealing and engaging graphics for social media platforms, including images, videos, and stories, to support social media marketing campaigns.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and ensure adherence to brand guidelines and style guides.
• Platform Optimization: Adapt designs to meet the specific requirements and best practices of different e-commerce platforms, including image sizing, file formats, and other technical specifications.
• A/B Testing: Participate in A/B testing of different design elements to optimize conversion rates and improve campaign performance.
• Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and other teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs that meet objectives.
• Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of digital assets, ensuring easy access and efficient workflow.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date on current design trends and best practices in e-commerce graphic design.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, with a demonstrable portfolio showcasing successful e-commerce design projects, including examples of infographics, A+ content, product listings, marketing materials, and social media graphics.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, composition, and layout. Experience with infographic design principles is essential.
• Deep familiarity with the unique design requirements and best practices of major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, etc.).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
• Experience working with AI tools is highly preferred
• Portfolio of work spanning a range of creative projects
