About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and team-oriented individual to support our customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complex issues, and managing escalations.

As a Customer Support Agent, you'll take full ownership of each interaction—actively listening, understanding the nature of the inquiry, and using your knowledge of our products and processes to provide the best possible solution.

In This Role, You Will:
  • Become well-versed in company policies and procedures
  • Answer inbound customer calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • Accurately and effectively address customer inquiries

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of direct customer service experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Intermediate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to work any 8-hour shift within our normal business hours
  • Knowledge of the credit card industry is strongly preferred
